Terms not defined in this Policy have the meaning assigned in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on the Site.
1. Personal Data Collected by Prospectiva
1.1.Newsletter Subscription: Prospectiva collects and stores the email address provided by the User when subscribing to receive the Newsletter, as stated in Clause 3 of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site.

2. Purpose of Using Personal Data
2.1.Newsletter Subscription: The email address collected will be used to send periodic newsletters with news and updates on topics of interest covered on the Site, including Prospectiva's promotional materials. 7. Consent to the Privacy Policy

www.prospectiva.com. Users should review this Privacy Policy periodically. If a User disagrees with any modifications, they must notify Prospectiva immediately, express their disagreement, revoke their consent for Personal Data processing, and request the deletion of such data.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1.This instrument, as well as any non-contractual obligations arising from or related to it, shall be governed, interpreted, and fulfilled in accordance with Brazilian Law (excluding any conflict of laws, rules, or principles that may refer to the laws of another jurisdiction). This Privacy Policy shall be treated in all respects as a contract executed under this jurisdiction.
